Grid Sticky Rows and Virtual Scrolling
Sticky rows are a very useful feature when there is a lot of data.
However when there is a lot of data, it is also very common to use virtual scrolling because of performance concerns.
So I think this combination should be supported by the kendo grid.

Hi Lorenz,

Yes, I can confirm that both features would be highly valuable, especially when used together. We identified the same opportunity during the implementation of sticky rows and explored ways to support this combination.
However, due to the underlying virtual scrolling logic and the calculations it relies on, sticky rows were incompatible with the current virtualization implementation.

We have documented this limitation here:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/grid/rows/sticky#known-limitations

Regardless of the current architectural challenges, I am converting this ticket to a feature request item. This way, we can monitor the demand and implement it based on the interest.
