[Gantt] Add no records template for column area
Please add a 'no records' template directive that can be used in the column area similar to the `kendoGridNoRecordsTemplate`.

Hi Geoff,

Thank you for submitting this feature request. Our Kendo UI for Angular team will monitor the demand and consider implementing this enhancement in a future version of the Gantt component based on the interest.
