Hi Rumen,
The expectation is export to EXCEL and definitely not export to png or jpg.
So, the exported excel file must feature a cell structure similar to the one shown in the provided screenshot(s).
Also, once the user updates this excel sheet, the user should be able to import it back to the Gantt.
Do you expect the image to be loaded in the excel file OR the excel file to features a cell structure similar to the one shown in the provided screenshot(s)?

Hi Rumen,
The Excel export can be simply as shown in the attached screenshots.
Kasim, can you please also specify how you imagine and what you expect to be exported in the excel file? Can you provide a screenshot of the gantt structure exported in the excel file.

Rumen

Thank you for your valuable vote, Kasim. It is much appreciated.
While we strive to satisfy all good feature requests, the priority of the backlog items depends on the user input collected via surveys, interviews, trends, the feedback portal, the support and other channels. Nevertheless, I shared your feedback with our product management and they will have it in mind for the future planning.

Hi Rumen,
Already voted for the below feature for Kendo UI. When can we get it implemented?
Hi Everyone,
RadGantt is a server wrapper of the Kendo UI Gantt widget. If you'd like to get Export to Excel and/or MPP functionality please add your votes to the following Kendo Feedback item: Add Microsoft Project (.mpp) file import into Kendo UI Gantt Chart DataSource/Database.
Please also specify how do you imagine and what you expect to be exported in the excel file - A screenshot of the gantt structure or something else? It would be great if you provide a screenshot of the exported file or a link to a gantt component which has built-in export to Excel feature so that we can test it.
Best Regards,
Rumen
