Your document website's search feature is broken

1. You have documentation, eg at https://www.telerik.com/kendo-vue-ui/components/charts/sparkline

2. Type "sparkline" into the search box on your own website

3. No results are returned.

This used to work. You pushed a change which broke your site's search functionality.

Hello, Karl,

Thanks a lot for the follow up. We reviewed the logs of our our demos application as well as tried to replicate he problem, but neither of that proved helpful. Can I ask you to go through the steps below and let us know the result?

  • Delete the browser cache and see it the issue persists
  • Open the Vue documentation in an incognito browser and see if the problem persists.

If the issue is gone in either one of the steps above, this would mean that the problem is specific to the browser cache. If it persists still, though, can you open the browser console and copy the error message thrown when the search fails?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. When I perform a search of "Sparkline" or "Sparkline props" I get an error. So almost...!

We introduced a new AI search feature in the Vue documentation yesterday, so the reported behavior should no longer occur. Could you please try it again and let us know if it works as expected now?
