ListBox's Drag and Drop functionality not working with an empty list

Describe the bug
The Drag and Drop functionality of the ListBox doesn't work when one of its lists is empty.

To Reproduce

Open this StackBlitz example
Move all ListBox items to the column on the left
Try to move an item from the left column to the right one

Expected behavior
The users should be able to drag and drop the ListBox items no matter if its lists are empty or not

Thanks, Petar, everything was fixed coreectly! We have just updated our packages and Drag'Drop is working well!

Just clarification for somebody who find this thread - Petar's link contains old version "@progress/kendo-vue-listbox" but bug really fixed, thanks for Kendo dev team.

Hello, Ekaterina.

Thank you for contacting us. The issue is fixed in version 3.9.2 of the Native components. It was the status of the current bug report that hasn't been updated.

Here is a StackBlitz example in which you can test the proper ListBox Drag & Drop functionality.

Hello, are there any news about fixing this bug? Scheduled date of 12.04.2023 was five days ago.
