Scheduler Slot Height & Event Height

Within the jQuery samples, there is a way to have the MonthView for Scheduler to have 'adaptive' height.

Is this available for the <MonthView> part of the REACT components ?   How would this work ??     [adaptiveSlotHeight=true] isn't valid... 

 

The same issue exists for the 'autoeventheight' - is this planned for the REACT component/s ??

Hello, Brendan,

As there are two requested features here:

1) Adaptive Slot Height - This will probably be left for the next quarter based on its complexity and the available time for this release.

2) This would be very beneficial in showing more than the current limit of 2 items - This was just added and soon be live for the MonthView. We have added a prop called itemsPerSlot that will allow rendering more items per slot. It will be part of version 4.6.0.

I lieu of proportial height being a configuration feature, this item would be highly valuable for my team and I.  There are gotchyas around the approach to a custom item height which adding slots can help mitigate.  This comes at a great cost to the amount of space the calendar takes up however.

Hello, Chris,

Thank you for the feature request.

We will plan this feature based on the community interest in it.

Please have in mind that the Kendo UI for KendoReact components do not have full feature parity as the Kendo UI product is 8 years older and had more time to develop. Still, we are trying to bring the most useful features to the KendoReact version as well.
