Kendo Grid Virtual Scrolling: Locked Column Disappearing Bug (GitHub #4962)
Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Kendo Grid when using virtual scrolling.

If I lock any column, scroll down, and then navigate to another page, the locked column disappears. It only reappears after I scroll the grid again.

I've attached the relevant code and a video demonstrating the issue.

A ticket regarding this specific issue has already been opened on GitHub (https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/4962) , but I wanted to bring it to your attention here as well. We would appreciate your support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Indeed, as you mentioned, the reported bug in the linked GitHub issue is the same as the described behavior on your side. I can confirm that this is an existing bug with the Grid component.

To give an update about the GitHub issue, I would like to inform you that the bug is still not part of our immediate development plans. Nevertheless, I want to mention that the bug has previously had a certain priority defined, and I additionally bumped its priority based on your current report, which will increase its position in our backlog.

As of now, what I would suggest is subscribing to the GitHub issue to receive notifications when there is any progress on the status of the bug, or tracking the status of the current Feedback Portal item since it is connected to the GitHub issue.

In the meantime, the developer can implement the workaround suggested in the GitHub issue - programmatically update the transform styling applied to the table, containing the locked part of the Grid, in the pageChange event handler:
