Provide support for the "kk" format in the DateInputs components.

I checked with our developers, and this appears to be a documentation issue. The "k"/"kk" formatting is not supported in the DateInputs package and was never functional. The documentation will be updated to remove the formatting, and I will update the thread to be a feature request for "k"/"kk" format support.
