Add Spreadsheet validation and Toolbar Data Validation Tool

Hi Team,

I would like to request the toolbar data validation tool like this Kendo UI for jQuery demo to be included in the new Angular component.

Additional use-case scenario (for keeping track): the need is having a dropdown and optionally validating that only a value of the dropdown is used. The must-have here is the dropdown.
