Expose TreeView nodes indexes

Hi,

Please provide an option that allows exposing the TreeView nodes' indexes. Such a feature will be especially helpful when rearranging the TreeView nodes by dragging.

We are declining this request due to the current level of interest and demand.

However, if interest in this feature increases significantly in the future, we will reconsider its status and evaluate it again.
