Add an option to customize the border of the Gauges

Hi team,

Currently, the Gauges don't have an option to customize their border and it will be a good addition if there is an option similar to GaugeArea -> border

We are declining this request due to the current level of interest and demand.

However, if interest in this feature increases significantly in the future, we will reconsider its status and evaluate it again.
