Allow opening Window wihout focus

Provide an option to open the Kendo UI for Angular Window, without focusing the wrapper or any elements inside the component.

We are declining this request due to the current level of interest and demand.

However, if interest in this feature increases significantly in the future, we will reconsider its status and evaluate it again.
