DateRangePicker cannot select range with months

Hi,

I set start = year and depth = year.

I know that regarding documentation:

Note the option will not be applied if start option is lower than depth. Always set both start and depth options. In order to be able to select dates for the range you need to set the depth to month.

Is it possible to select range with months? I would like to select range for instance from Oct 2019 to Jan 2020. How it can be implemented using DateRangePicker ?

We are declining this request due to low interest and demand. If it turns out to be popular in the future, we will reconsider the status.

As of R2 2023, the default icon type will be SVG instead of Font. See this blogpost for more information.

Hi Alexey,

I'm afraid this feature is not supported by KendoDateRangePicker or KendoMultiViewCalendar, I've converted the ticket into feature request in our feedback portal so more people can vote for it and eventually it will be implemented.

Meanwhile you can check this workaround that uses two KendoDatePickers for start and end.

The scenario is to select ranges of dates using bigger time units than days, currently this is only possible by using two DatePickers
