In general, the Editor is still in its beta version and we are currently working on adding new features and fixing its known issues. However, the Editor component does not support a hierarchical bullet list pasted from Microsoft Word document.

That is why I changed the Type of this thread to a Feature Request and modified the title in order to be more descriptive. We will track and estimate the customer demand for this feature request and prioritize accordingly when updating our Roadmap.

As a side note, the jQuery Editor component supports pasting a hierarchical numbered list from Word. We can use any Kendo UI for jQuery widget in an Angular application. Please, check this article from our documentation which explains step by step how to integrate a jQuery widget in Angular:

I also noticed that you opened a thread to our colleagues from Kendo UI for jQuery suite. My suggestion is to wait for their response for further clarifications as they will be able to provide the most precise answer on that topic.
