Make dialog animations configurable

Hi Benedetta,

We are considering to add this enhancement to our planning later this year, but we still cannot commit to a specific ETA. The status of the feature request will be updated to "Planned" once the enhancement is planned for the upcoming quarter. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I agree with Toine, it would seem like a simple change and would make opening the popup more professional.

Very disappointing to read this. Even more because this seems like a very simple adjustment that won't take up a lot of time.

I am afraid this enhancement is not a part of our immediate or mid-term plans. However, I can assure you that we are tracking the customer demand and reevaluating the estimated business value of all Feedback portal threads frequently, and we will consider including the feature in our roadmap, if the interest grows.
