Subscribe apply from column menu chooser.
We need to store column's show and hide state when apply from ColumnMenuChooser component.

Hi,

The columns show / hide state is controlled via their [hidden] property which is automatically updated whenever the Column Menu Chooser "Apply" button is clicked.
