Progress Bar component similar to the jquery version would be nice.

I'm happy to say that the R3 2019 release included a new ProgressBar component! For more information on the component and how to implement it head on over to the ProgressBar docs & demos for live samples and in-depth documentation.

Hi,

Thank you for the logged feature request. 

Indeed, at the moment the requested component is not available as a part of the Kendo UI for Angular suite. However, for the time being, we could use the Kendo UI for jQuery ProgressBar widget inside an Angular project. Check the following article from our documentation that demonstrates a set of steps to integrate any Kendo UI for jQuery widget inside an Angular application:

I'm surprised this feature isn't there. It really adds to the UX. I remember building a feature that used the asp.net ajax version to a client a long time ago. The response was, "that's the coolest thing i've seen all day".
