Yes, this is the expected behavior in RadEditor’s Table Wizard:
Table Properties Dialog: When you open the Table Properties dialog, it is designed to configure settings for the entire table, not for individual cells. That is why it always defaults to highlighting the top-left cell, but any changes you make here apply to the whole table, not just that cell.
Cell Properties Dialog: When you right-click or otherwise select a specific cell and open the Cell Properties dialog, the wizard will highlight and allow editing for only the cell you selected. This ensures you are modifying the correct cell’s properties.
This distinction is intentional and helps clearly separate actions that affect the entire table from those that affect a single cell. The behavior you described matches the intended design of RadEditor.
