Dragging the Splitbar of a Splitter moves slightly the entire page on mobile device
When on an Android mobile device, dragging the Splitter SplitBar moves a small part of the Splitter and the page itself. The issue can be observed on the Splitter Demo when accessed from a phone.

Hi Roman,

The issue was fixed internally and it will be addressed in the next official release of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX.
