Hello,
Sometimes the context menu isn't positioned correctly when it pops up for the first time, or after you scroll the page or do a browser zoom. I've attached an example reported by our tester. I've checked your technical support and have found this:
I've tried setting the render mode to Lightweight (originally set to Auto), but unfortunately no luck.
Is this something that is fixed in a later version of the editor, or do you have another fix/workaround?
Thank you in advance,
Gerald
Hi Tracey,
I hope you are doing well!
I understand that you're encountering issues with the positioning of RadEditor dropdowns on your webpage. The symptoms of the problem you're facing look similar to what's described in the article Incorrect Positioning of Controls. To tackle this, I recommend thoroughly inspecting the page's stylesheet. Look for global and inline CSS rules that could be influencing the popup's positioning. Key properties to check include position: absolute, position: fixed, position: relative, margin: auto, top, and left.
If you're unable to identify such styles, or if the solutions suggested in the article don't resolve the issue, I'd like to ask you to provide a stripped-down version of your project (aspx, aspx.vb, CSS, masterpage) that demonstrates the problem. I will examine and debug it and do my best to provide a solution.
Additionally, could you please:
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you further in resolving this matter.
Best Regards,
Rumen
