Add support for external dialogs in pre-compiled sites in ImageEditor and Editor
Currently the the ImageEditor (and the Editor) are looking for standard .ascx files with the names of its dialogs and it is not optimized for a scenario in which these dialogs are pre-compiled.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this request was closed earlier only because of the time that had passed. Following a recent review, we have decided to reopen it and keep it in our backlog as Unplanned.

Please note that supporting pre-compiled dialogs would require changing how the dialogs are loaded, which may affect existing applications, so we cannot commit to a timeline. If this is still important to you, please vote for the request and share details about your scenario.

This behavior was originally reported over 4 years ago and has not received significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. Considering this, we are unable to prioritize it over more impactful and widely requested improvements.
