JAWS does not always announce selected item in RadComboBox correctly when pressing the first letter of an item in the list

Reproduction: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/combobox/examples/wai-aria-support/defaultcs.aspx

1) focus the ComboBox

2) press C 

Expected: 

- Camembert Pierrot is selected

- JAWS pronounces "c" and "Camembert Pierrot"

Actual: 

- Camembert Pierrot is selected

- JAWS pronounces "c"

We just released the Latest Internal Build 2019.2.814 of the suite with a fix for this issue.
