Change value by mousewheel does not work in Edge (Microsoft Edge 44.17763.1.0, Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.17763), Chrome is ok

Hello Michael,

Thank you for reporting this issue!

It was internally fixed and the hotfix will appear in the upcoming R2 2019 release, due in the beginning of May.
