You can achieve your scenario by integrating RadGrid with RadClientExportManager 
https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/client-export-manager/applicationscenarios/export-radgrid/defaultcs.aspx

and adding a custom HTML layout just before exporting the grid to be passed as a watermark: https://www.telerik.com/forums/grid-pdf-export-mvvm-template-header-footer-watermark
