Cannot apply background and fore color to to table cells through Table Wizard

Clear content;
Add a table;
Open context menu by selecting a cell in the table;
Open Cell Properties;
Open More cell Styling;
Chose Background color;
Change it and click OK
Click OK in Table Wizard.
Actual: No background color is applied.
