JavaScript error when unloading the page in Edge 40

JavaScript error "unable to get property 'handleEvent' of undefined or null reference" from Telerik.Web.Ui.WebResource.axd is thrown.

This issue occurs when opening up YouTube videos. The HUD for YouTube videos become disabled and you can only access the play and pause options through your browser's right click options on the video. This error again has only occurred to me when I cannot interact with the YouTube video HUD.

I have this error when try load Image Manager or file  Manager on Telerik Rad Editor, please help me

We are targeting a fix for this issue in the upcoming R3 2017 SP1 release.
