RadGrid base styles override skins
RadGrid base styles override skins e.g. "border: 1px solid" will override any value for "border-color" that come from non-embed skins.

Not reproducible with the latest version.

I also noticed some issues with styles for the filter buttons in the grid filter row and the row border colors.
