We have revisited this report and the issue is now fixed.

When the visible range of the Timeline view contained a Daylight Saving Time change, the header calculated its dates in UTC while the time slots were calculated in the local time of the selected TimeZoneID. As a result one date was shifted by an hour and displayed twice. For example, with Central Europe Standard Time and SelectedDate 2016-10-29, the date 10/30/2016 was shown two times, and with Greenland Standard Time the date 10/29/2016 was shown two times. The same shift affected the hour labels of the hourly slots on the day of the change.

The header dates and hour labels are now calculated in the same local time as the slots, so each date and each hour is shown once and every appointment is displayed under the header that matches its time. We verified the behavior in the time zones listed in this item, including both the end and the start of Daylight Saving Time.

The fix will be available in 2026 Q3 SP1, to be out later this month.
