radformdecorator on checkbox issue in chrome
After upgrading to new version of Telerik (2016.3.914.35), duplicate checkboxes are displaying. Please refer attached file.

Hi Christian,

The reported problem is fixed in the latest version.

The only known issue is in Firefox and you can follow it at Duplicated Checkboxes in Firefox 63.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

Workaround:

Not just chrome.  I also see it with Edge.
