radimagegallery is missing the feature for real database integration. Although you can define a datasource there is no data item template. So at the end you stick with a control without legs to walk. That should be corrected. radimagegallery should be as smart as radrotator, radgrid, etc... all of these controls have a dataitem template. it surprised me that imagegallery does not come with the same feature.
