ADD: Hierarchy with client-side data binding in RadGrid
This should improve performance in this situation when client side data-binding can be used.

RadGrid is server side ASP control at first. It can not be created on the fly entirely client side, to be used as detail table in the hierarchy.
If you need to use client side binding with grid, more suitable solution will be our KendoUI Grid
