This request can be achieved with a few lines of JavaScript code and the getUserMedia method shown in these online resources:

I apologize for the late reply.  We often hold fundraising events where I built an "online auction".  We would like to stream videos to our users.  In one case it is which official will get pie in his or her face.

Are you aware of any ASP.NET based web cam components that are not ActiveX or Flash based which offer the requested web cam functionality?
