cell comments for spreadsheet
The ability to add comments to a cell.   This is helpful to give users understanding of the cell values.

Hello,

I have good news that the requested comments feature is available as of  R1 2020 SP1.

You can test it on https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/spreadsheet/examples/cellcomments/defaultcs.aspx.
