Update Exchange Provider to use EWS Managed API 2.0 or Higher
The managed API has been out for a couple years now and is accepted as the way to use EWS vs the proxy class now.

Declined for no demand by the community for a very long period of time.

If we receive more requests in the feature we will update the status accordingly.
