Add paste from clipboard support to radupload
Add a feature for radupload that allows the user to paste an image from clipboard. For instance the user can hit the PRINT SCREEN button and than choose upload from clipboard.

This is similar to the paste function for RadEditor. But in this case the BASE64-string should be converted to an image file when uploaded.

want to be able to use snippet and paste image  or cut/copy image from one app and paste into dropzone
