Incorrect Classic RadContextMenu appearance of MenuItems with ImageUrl larger than 23x22 px is set
CSS workaround:

        html .RadMenu_Context .rmVertical .rmItem {
            clear: both;
        }

As of Q3 2015, IE 7 support is discontinued. Only fixes for critical issues will be implemented for Classic render mode. Reference: http://www.telerik.com/blogs/spreadsheet-and-modern-rendering-in-ui-for-asp.net-ajax
