Add dragging of RadDiagram shapes in mobile devices
Make it possible to drag RadDiagram shapes in mobile devices.

I'm just checking in to see if there's any update on this enhancement request.  We really need this feature to deploy our app to tablet users.  Also selecting shape/s is working working as intended.
