Hello Kasper,

The requested layout can be achieved with the latest version of RadHtmlChart by defining more than one Donut series like follows:

        <telerik:RadHtmlChart ID="RadHtmlChart1" runat="server">
            <PlotArea>
                <Series>
                    <telerik:DonutSeries Name="Inner Series" StartAngle="0">
                        <SeriesItems>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="Win7" Y="55.6"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="Win8" Y="2.5"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="Vista" Y="2.8"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="NT" Y="1.8"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="WinXP" Y="21.1"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                        </SeriesItems>
                    </telerik:DonutSeries>
                    <telerik:DonutSeries Name="Outer Series" StartAngle="225">
                        <SeriesItems>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="Bulgaria" Y="20"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="England" Y="25"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                            <telerik:PieSeriesItem Name="Germany" Y="30"></telerik:PieSeriesItem>
                        </SeriesItems>
                    </telerik:DonutSeries>
                </Series>
                <YAxis NarrowRange="true"></YAxis>
            </PlotArea>
        </telerik:RadHtmlChart>
