Well this isn't only about IE7, compared to 2014 Q3, the RadRadialGauge is about 3-4 times slower in rendering compared to 2015 Q1 on all browsers.

A simple Gauge on IPad goes from 150ms (2014 Q3) to 600ms (2015 Q1)!
