Incorrect table nesting when a Table Properties is opened under IE11 and Chrome
Under IE, when two tables are placed next to each other, the Table Properties may cause the one to appear nested inside.
Currently, this can be workarounded only by assuring that there is some element between them -
,
,
, etc.

The fix is actually in the BETA version of the Q2 release currently available on the site. Check the release notes for the RadEditor.
I expect that the Q2 final version will be available sometime next week, but that is up to Telerik.

Can someone please respond here? There are 12 days left in Q2. Mihail Parvanov said on 11 May 2015, 04:56 "The issue has been resolved and the fix will be available in Q2 2015."
When will this fix actually be implemented?!?!

I have come across a problem with the editor when adding a table or using the table wizard over chrome browser.
We have recently upgraded the telerik controls from V 2013 to v2015.1.401. After upgrade new version that some functionality are messed up in chrome browser like Image and Tables resize functionality by dragging is not working. Please follow below points to reproduce the issue.
On the Editor page,
from Design view go to HTML view, switch back to Design view, add a table or use table wizard.
Then try to increase/decrease table size with mouse. That Mouse/cursor is not left that table position.
Please refer link : http://screencast.com/t/UMOa20tGyv
The above issue found on telerik demo site as well.

The description here says this is only a problem in IE11 and Chrome, but I also see this problem in Firefox, Safari, and every other browser I try. Anyone know of a browser where this isn't happening?

@Steve, i submitted my original post in the forum, and they attached it here to this existing bug report. I re-posted the link to my video to make sure it was here in the bug notes. Here was my original forum post, and the Telerik reply

@Mark I should've watched your video. IMO The description of the main bug report doesn't really correspond to our problem though. Is there a danger this could be missed by Telerik?

@SteveShenton, Yes this is related. this is actually the same issue that i reported.

I have an issue which I think is related:
When I create a table, then right-click and open table properties, after making no changes and clicking ok, the table gets cloned inside the first cell of the original table.
2014.2.724.40 doesn't do this.

We are experiencing this as well and it's becoming very disruptive for our CMS customers. We need a workaround or fix ASAP.

@KevinDuncan can you share more specifically what your work around was for this issue?
Thanks!

Can we please get a timeframe for when this bug is going to be fixed? This is a major issue for many of our users and is causing a large support headache. The status on this page says 'Approved' but what does that really mean. can you tell us what release this is slated for? I really need to be able to at least give our support team an estimate of when this is going to be fixed.

It's actually a major issue for our uses because it inserts a whole new duplicate table into the editor window.
our work around was to enable the Rad Editor Node Inspector so when we click inside a td or tr to change the background color or settings it does not duplicate the table elements.
