Hi all,

After some further investigation, we have found that this issue is actually a Chrome browser behavior. The RadComboBox control renders an input element on the page, so this issue is also reproducible when a simple input element of type "text" is placed on the page.

Temporary work-around is to position the iframe/RadWindow to the top or bottom of the page.
