ADD property for setting a default RadEditor mode
Add a property for setting the default mode of RadEditor (Design, HTML, Previw). Currently this could be obtained using the approach in the following help article:

Hi,

You can use the EditModes property to choose the desired mode, or the set_mode client-side method and call it from the server as explained at Executing JavaScript Code from Server-side in Web Forms and ASP.NET AJAX.
