When Track Changes is enabled, replacing a word from the content is removing the first character of the new word under Chrome and FF

This issue causes incorrect user experience. The users are forced to do multiple actions to replace a word while using the Track Changes feature.

Not reproducible with R3 2021 and the demo https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/trackchanges/defaultcs.aspx.

Is there any news on updates for this? I tried out the 2014 Q2 build and am still having issues.
