					Hi guys,



The issue is not reproducible with the 2019.1.215.2 version of the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX VSExtensions Upgrade wizard.



I will change the status to Completed, but if you still experience the problem please provide step-by-step instructions and screenshots/video of how to replicate it. Thank you!

This is still an issue.  However, I noticed if you rename the file to the uppercase, SVN kicks back in.  So there is a quick workaround, but causes confusion initially (at least for me).
