Version Q1 2012, RadMonthYearPicker
Have the same problem with DateFormat="MM/yyyy" and French language, the month couldn't be changed in RadMonthYearPicker. But if you enter directly in the textbox 10/24/2014, RadMonthYearPicker takes 10 as the month. If
