Since Q2 2014, you could use the new PDF Processing library that comes as a part of the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX installation Here are links to the documentation:

Hi Roy,

Thank you for your request for a new control/library. We will have it in mind during the planning meetings for the Q2 release.

Currently, you can use RadEditor to export plain text, HTML and XHTML content to PDF as shown in this demo: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/pdfexport/defaultcs.aspx.
