FIX: RadMenu goes behind iframe that loads a pdf document under Google Chrome only when the adobe reader plugin is enabled, the issue is not reproducible when the native browser pdf viewer is used

Adobe Reader PDF Plugin for Chrome is no longer visible, unless you Enable NPAPI plugins through Chrome's flags. However, the flag for enabling NPAPI will be removed in Chrome 45, along with NPAPI's support. https://www.chromium.org/developers/npapi-deprecation
