error when use telerik window in Chrome
Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.

this is error when I try to open telerik window in google chrome browser.

This seems like a generic Chrome error about an URL you have. RadWindow loads its content page in a simple iframe, so I would suggest setting the same URL to a simple iframe to see if you get the same error.
If this stems from our controls I advise that you open a support ticket and send us the code that shows the problem so we can investigate it.
