ADD margin for the gaugeArea in RadGauge
Expose an additional property in RadGauge that controls the margin for the gaugeArea.

For the time being, you can set the marting through the underlying radLinearGaugeObject.get_kendoWidget() object as shown at https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/radialgauge/configuration/gaugearea.margin.
