Inline spellchecker of RadEditor duplicates the content when there is a style or a textarea tag in the contents

 If there are textarea tags or style tags in the HTML content of RadEditor, after completing the spell check  the content is repeated several times.

The fix of the issue will be included in Q1 2014 SP1.
